How much do you charge me for this service?
Nothing. This service is provided free of charge by BuxHost.
What kind of PTC programs are supported?
Only NextGen powered PTC websites hosted by BuxHost are supported. In addition to that, the owner of the website also has to support BuxEssentials by showing our logo at their home page.
How often are my account details updated?
Your account details are updated every 20 minutes.
Is this safe and secure?
Yes, this is fully secure. Your password stored irreversibly encrypted in our database. The BuxEssentials module does not send along passwords with your account details. Nevertheless, for your own security it is recommended to create a random new password when registering with us, or at least use a password that you are *not* using in your PTC programs.
How do I add websites to my list?
You don't have to. Simply add the email address(es) of which you have registered in PTC programs and they will be automatically added to your list. You can add email addresses by clicking Dashboard => Email Addresses from the menu. Note that it can take up to 15 minutes for new programs to appear in your list.
How can I remove websites from my list?
To remove websites from your list, click Dashboard => Manage Websites and uncheck the boxes of the websites you don't want to appear in your list.
Not all of my PTC websites are showing up. Why?
Make sure you have checked the following:
- Is the missing website powered by NextGen?
- Does the missing website show a 'BuxEssentials Supported' logo on the home page?
- Did you add the email address used to register your account in the missing website to your BuxEssentials profile?
All of the questions above should be answered with 'yes' in order for the website to appear in your list.
What is a primary email address?
Although you can add multiple email addresses to your account, your primary email address is used to log in to your BuxEssentials account. You also receive email-alerts on your primary email address when you have reached minimum payout in one of your programs. Your primary email address is the email address used when registering your account on BuxEssentials.
BuxEssentials is launched while in beta phase. What does that mean?
Although not all of our ideas are implemented yet, we'd like to give you a sneak preview already. You can freely use this service, although we cannot yet guarantee correct functioning of all features. If you have suggestions for improvements or additions, please let us know.

Inactive accounts are automatically removed after 30 days.
