By subscribing to BuxEssentials.com you automatically agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement.
In these Terms of Service (TOS) the customer will be referred to as 'you', whereas BuxEssentials.com will be referred to as 'we'.

Users that uses our services automatically agree these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree these Terms of Service, you should terminate your account immediately.
Limitatation of liabilities

We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages arising out of the relationship between you
and BuxEssentials.com.
Advertising

Paid fees for advertising spots cannot be refunded. By purchasing an advertisement spot and making the transaction, you understand and agree to these terms that the transaction cannot be refunded.
- Adult content in advertising material (banner/text) is stricly forbidden and will result in a removal of your advertisement spot without the right for refund.
Account

Although our intention is to provide real-time snapshots of your program accounts, we can't guarantee
correct synchronization between BuxEssentials and the program involved.

You should log in into a program at least every 30 days for your details to be synchronized.

After 30 days of inactivity, your BuxEssentials account will be removed.
